Drawn to the law by a desire to support and uplift others, Eva chose a career where she could communicate directly with people and make a tangible difference in their lives.
She values the human side of criminal defense and appreciates that every day brings new challenges and new opportunities to help. In addition to criminal matters, Eva represents clients in Harassment Restraining Orders and Orders for Protection, recognizing how deeply these cases can impact a person’s safety, stability, and future.
She is known for being direct yet empathetic, balancing honesty with approachability during what is often one of the most stressful periods in a client’s life.
Eva earned her Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Macalester College in 2022 before obtaining her law degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis in 2025. During law school, she served as Student Director of Moot Court and competed at the national level on the intellectual property Moot Court team, strengthening her advocacy and courtroom skills. She also clerked for two and a half years at the Public Defender’s Office in the First Judicial District, where she gained hands-on experience working closely with clients facing criminal charges. These experiences shaped her practical, client focused approach to defense work.
Eva prioritizes clear communication, thoughtful preparation, and creating an environment where clients feel heard and supported. She understands that many clients are experiencing one of the hardest days of their lives, and she strives to provide not only strong legal representation but also reassurance and perspective.
Outside of her practice, Eva enjoys baking, running, and playing soccer, activities that reflect her energy, discipline, and commitment to personal growth.
